I started taking epo on Wednesday which I believe has helped ripen my cervix and kick start my labour, I'm in the early stages now with contractions coming on average around every 7 minutes.

When do I stop taking epo vaginally? Should I continue until I finally go hospital or now that I'm in labour do I stop now?

I don't want to over do it but don't want to risk things slowing down, want to get as effaced as quickly as possible.

Hiya I'm not really sure of the right answer but didn't want to read and run. I think the epo helps the cervix but now your in labour you should just naturalky progress so probrably not much point. It would also need time to dissolve and if you are having regular contractions then you probrably won't feel like lying down for a few hours. You could take a dose orally though just in case, i'm sure it wouldn't do any harm. I think otherwise just stay mobile at this point to encourage babies head down onto cervix or use a birth ball. Good luck hope it gos well, not long until you meet your precious bundle xxx
