I take my birth control pills at 8 P.M. every single day. Since we gained an hour in daylight savings time, if i continued to take my pills at 8 everyday then it would be equal to 9 o clock on my normal schedule right? Since I try to take them at the same time every day and they work better when they're taken at the same time everyday does that mean i should start taking them at 7 to keep it on time with my previous schedule?

okay, a bit confused! Not sure where you are but here we changed from 2am to 3am and lost an hour. So if you took it at 2am, (which now is 3am), in order to take it exactly 24hours later, you would continue to take it at 3am.
Adjusting the time for one day an hour to keep it at your regular time should not make much of a difference if that is what you want to do.
Just my 2 cents!!

Am in california, USA. we lost 1 hour. i was thinking take it the same time... i took it 8pm since the time changed i would need to take it at 7pm.
