I posted this in the 1st trimester group, but most of them are just as far along as I am, if not less...maybe you ladies can help me.

When did your MS start, and at what week did you feel your worst? I'm just trying to prepare...been nauseated mostly all day since 4.5 weeks...almost 9 weeks now. My MS seems to get worse as the day goes on, feel fairly normal in the morning, worse in the afternoon, and just shattered before bedtime, sometimes waking up in the middle of the night to dry heave...anyone else relate?

My morning sickness really bothered me from weeks 7-11. After that, I only had a few passing moments when I felt like I was going to get sick. The last time that I vomited, though, was at the beginning of week 11.

I was sick daily from week 5, terrible in weeks 8 &9 and was hospitalised, died down a bit after 10 weeks but I still need meds at 14 weeks. Hope you feel better soon x

Five to twelve weeks but I'm sixteen now and I almost puked on my dogs head on Sunday. (Picking up her doody on a walk) and I just puked in my shower this morning. But the smell sensitivity isn't as bad as first trimester. I seem to have one good and one bad day. I can say that eating helps I was always a lot sicker on an empty stomach I ate a lot of plain baked potatoes the first trimester. Filling and tasted so neutral I could keep them down. Good luck. It sucks.... a lot. But it's natural and means your hormones are kicking and your baby is growing.

Yes, agreed on baked potatoes! And I'm SO THANKFUL for my sickness, I hope I didn't sound like I wasn't...it wears on you a bit, but every day I'm just so happy it's still here. Definitely counting down the days to the second trimester when things are supposed to be a bit better. I laughed about you almost puking on your dog's head :haha: I hope you are feeling better soon. Pregnancy is a funny thing, our bodies are not our own!

The second trimester is going to be great for so many things! I'm glad you are feeling better. :flower:

I only really got it from about 10-14 weeks. But then it hit again once at 17 weeks.

I've been sick since 6 weeks. I'm hoping the worst was 2 weeks ago at 12 weeks. I *think* it might be starting to subside. I only took 1 pill yesterday. I had been up to 4 a day. One so far today too.

Not at all but I think we are all wondering when or if we get the magical movie pregnancy. I would like to know when I'm going to start glowing... last week my husband nicknamed the baby ET because it looked like an alien. I was so hurt and I cried. This week I think it's really funny. Today the smell of pickles are horrible and my deodorant. A few days ago it was toothpaste. I have decided not to try to make sense of it and since my aversions seem to be changing by the hour.. literally I'm just going to keep doing my best. Keep focusing on the future and definitely not counting on a magical day when all the discomfort will go away.

Am 14 weeks on anti sickness meds a can sick everyday feel nauseated most of the day and it's. Battle to keep food down

My worst weeks for been extremely sensitive to smells would be sick instantly were 8-11week
But Zm afraid am still been very sick !
With my 1st pregnancy by 13 weeks I had stopped been sick
With my 2nd it didn't start till 10-11weejs and was just when I eat too much but was sick all the way through !

Good luck it's tough xx

I just started feeling ok again but My stomach still feels crappy here and there. i have to be careful about what I eat to make sure it won't make me nauseous.

Threw up daily from 2 days after bfp till now. So 5 weeks and im almost 18 weeks. This last week ive only thrown up 3 times and my all day nausea has started to ease up thank goodness!

Mine started 6 weeks and got worse as the weeks went on. I don't think I can pin point exact time it got really bad maybe from 10 weeks on it was very bad! My vomiting became a lot less after week 15 however I'm still nauseas at times and vomiting but just not as much x

Mine was bad from 8 weeks unail 18 weeks, sick everyday. I have had random mornings when i'be been sick since but only once or twice. x

Mine was the worst from 9-11 weeks. It started around 6 weeks and was bad when it started, but better once I got some supplies like crackers and sweets and made sure I ate small meals regularly. During the 9-11 weeks though, every smell or even slightly disgusting thought would set it off. At 12 weeks things were suddenly better; I still have bad days but they've become less frequent.

Felt sick as a dog all day long, coupled with vomitting every other day from weeks 6 to 10. Nausea faded fully by 12 weeks. Oddly still sick at least once a week 4 weeks later.

My morning sickness started at 3 weeks, got worse around 8 weeks and hasn't started to improve yet at almost 17 weeks. :(

In my first pregnancy my ms was the worst between 8 and 14 weeks, then slowly tapered off until about 20 weeks or so. However mine was so, so bad. I was throwing up at least once or twice an hour. This pregnancy, it wasn't that had at all, it was worst from 6-9 weeks and then again from 13-14 weeks, then tapered. I had nausea all the way through with my son. I have nausea still now too. But I only throw up if I brush my tongue with toothpaste, or if any toothpaste gets on my tongue.

Mine started at around 7 weeks with just nausea. It got progressively worse and I was throwing up multiple times a day from 9 weeks until I got put on anti-nausea meds at around 11 weeks. Even on the meds I would throw up at least once a day until about 17 weeks. Now I'm starting to slowly ween myself off the meds and see if the nausea is tolerable or if I'll have to keep taking them for longer.
