Hi everyone
I currently work 37.5hrs for a small company - by small, I mean me as Office Manager, the Director and his brother.
I've planned my Maternity Leave and will finish work on Friday 15th February (next Friday). I am using two weeks of holidays, then my actual Maternity Leave will start on Monday 4th March.
My problem is, my boss doesn't know whether he is keeping the company open or whether he will be making me redundant - great .
So, if he does decide to close and make me redundant, what will happen with regards to Maternity Pay etc.?
Will I still get some form of Maternity Pay or...
