Where have the dirty nappies gone?

Hi,
My little man has always done a poo after every feed (he's formula fed, Aptimil 1). On Thursday he didn't go all afternoon which worried me a bit but he didn't seem to be in any distress. Yesterday he was passing wind a LOT and finally late afternoon he had a massive dirty nappy..and I mean massive which was really runny...then nothing! He's not gone again since.
I know that babies bowel habits change a lot but I'm a bit concerned. Not sure if I'm over-reacting, whether I should take him to the docs (although it will be Monday now!). Any thoughts?

Personally I would take him docs hun, that is what they are there for and you are better safe than sorry

Im nto too sure but charlie used to poo every nappy change and then he stoped and only poos a few times a day xx
