where to get clary sage oil?

can you get it in normal chemists or even tesco?i live in ireland so don't have holland n barrets!w
if you are to use the method of rubbing into bump what can you mix it with
 
I saw some on ebay hun dont know if thats an option for you? and holland and barratt do they deliver to ireland as you can now order from the internet for uk postal but not sure about ireland xx
 
yes i have a boots near..wouldnt be able to get it online as i only have a week left. might be gone by the time i have my baby hehe i hope anyway?x
 
You definitely need to dilute it with a carrier oil. This page explains it reasonably well :)

I think Neal's Yard do the best essential oils. Boots and Holland & Barratt are quite often watered down already and not as good quality

Check out this site for stockists in Ireland. You can normally get carrier oils too at the same shops - or Grapeseed or Rapeseed Oil are both good carriers, you can normally get them at the supermarket.
