which herbal blends help with nursing? Fennel tea?

Hi

Last time I expressed only. LO was taken to another hospital for intensive care so milk came in and she wasn't there. I lived in Cyprus then and they had tones of different nursing teas which helped my milk come in loads. Trouble is I can't remember what ingredients were and haven't found any in supermarkets here in UK. I remember tasting fennel. Does Holland and Barrett sell nursing tea? Anyone hot on herbs would help lol.

I know fenugreek is good for nursing. That has a fennel taste.

Fenugreek and blessed thistle. Take them together - I have a really low supply and they helped me increase it.
