Who wants to kick the coffee with me?!

Does anyone want to try to cut the caffeine with me? I've decided I take in too much of it when I ended up with a killer headache after not having any for 6 waking hours

So anyone else there who wants to go through it with me? lol

I'm 5 weeks clean from caffeine and proud!

I'm breast feeding and already have an unsettled baby... no matter how badly I want a coffee to get me through the exhaustion, I wouldn't give my little man stimulants!!! Then he'd never sleep!!!

I've been having the occasional de-caf... it kind of kicks the emotional cravings a little!

I have been caffine free for 10 wks from the day i found out i was expecting i d have decaf now and again good luck hunnie xx

I slowly switched to de caff over a few weeks.
Total coffee addict!..If I went without a cup half a day I'd get stinking headaches too. Gradually switching stopped that though. Good luck xxx
