Hi,
Been lurking in this forum for a bit, with a little bit of activity after my most recent loss last year.

I'm incrediably lucky to have five children ranging from nearly 3 to 21yo, but will never forget my little angels either. My most recent miscarraige was in August and after a couple of months trying desperately (time is against me at 41), we decided to just let things be and not use protection. Then 2 days ago I began to feel a little yucky and even though the witch wasn't due for nearly a week I took an IC, which gave a very faint positive. Got the same result (maybe slightly darker) yesterday and again today. So while I'm a little concerned that the tests aren't dramatically darkening, I guess I'm very cautiously pregnant, never has the nausia and heartburn been so welcome.

Hi, congrats and glad you are feeling sick, in the nicest possible way of course!

I too am 41 and 11 weeks pregnant with number 4, after a loss in jan last year at 13 weeks and a loss in sept at 9 weeks.

I am still feeling very sick and and although its a horrible feeling, I am glad that I am. Although it didn't actually start until about 7-8 weeks.

I got my first very very faint positive at 9 DPO.

I am under a specialist miscarriage clinic and have 3 scans already. I am also taking progesterone pessaries twice a day and injecting clexane once a day. I am also gestational diabetic and on insulin once a day.

The first few tests I took didn't seem to get any darker Until after AF was due and then they got dark real quick.:hugs:

Think my hormones went into overdrive yesterday pm. Not only did I get a strong positive on a Tesco test (for use on day period due), but was shattered all day and actually threw up this morning, so much more like a normal pregnancy for me.

That all sounds very promising, how far along are you?

Will be 4 weeks on Thursday/Friday I think.

I think because we find out so early, the pregnancies seem to last so long!

I found out when I was 3 weeks and 5 days, about the same as you!

I think that's true-- It seems like even longer because we find out a week before we miss AF. 1st trimester seems like foreverrrr
