Mine or the bridesmaid i have asked........

Cheeky thing reckons the bridesmaids dresses should be a red colour as thats the only colour that suits her

Now HOWAY PET!!! its my bloody wedding

Anyone having meddling thingy ma bobs in there wedding decisions

this is why i only have maddi as mine ;) no meddling yet for us, but give them time

The only meddling I've had so far is my mum and the venue!!

We have found a gorgeous place to have the wedding in Retford and OH and I both think it is quite appropriate because my family is from Lincolnshire and his is mostly from worksop/nottinghamshire so everyone will have to travel a little!

But my mum thinks we should have it in Lincoln, and isn't really listening when I say we would have it in Lincoln if everywhere wasn't so over priced!

What colour theme are you wanting for your wedding??

xXx

Can I have maddi to lol

She will just have to like green or not bother being one -

Mean St Paddy's Day is all about green etc Not blumming Red

The Lincoln Hotel is lovely! .. So is the white hart!

I've had a look online, room hire is a decent price but we want to use our own caterers and most places won't allow you to!

Our theme is white and black with flashes of hot pink.. e.g bridesmaids in black dresses with hot pink flowers! :happydance:

That sounds lovely - id have black n white as well as im a geordie but hubby wont allow me

will they not allow you to use your own caterers? hmmmmmmmm might have a look at some local golf clubs there supposed to be canny

I could hire a room at work but dont really fancy it lol x

Where do you work? (I'm so nosey)

Most places refuse outside caterers, mainly because they lose out on money, but if they didn't charge stupid prices for food then they wouldn't miss out!

Silly people! :haha:

Have you started looking for your wedding dress?

YMCA you?

I honestly fancy skipping the meal bit mainly because my family 'who i would only want at the night time bit' will be travelling down from Newcastle.

I cant see why I should fork out for people who I cant stand - but I have to get a happy medium but im yet to solve that one

No idea about dresses either ive had a look at one place up town and got some colour samples

You? x

I have my dress

I found it on ebay and it was a complete bargain that I couldn't pass up! .. We had been engaged a week when I bought it :happydance:

Yep I know of the YMCA, you have a job opening at the moment (yep I know where all the jobs are haha)

I know what you mean, OH told me his family are the kind of family that will show their face, stay the day and leave early evening, so I said I'm not paying loads of money for people that won't even get involved and have some fun!
