Why can't I upload photos anymore??

Is anyone else having trouble uploading photos to the forum?

I've never had an issue with this before, click on the paperclip at the top of my message/reply, browse for the photo and upload. But now, with any photo taken recently (with same camera I've always used) it comes up with the message "this file is too large"

I have gone into my User CP and deleted all attachments I had saved to my account but this has made no difference
