God. My DH always does this. It is so annoying. It's like his get out clause. If he can't settle her, he just passes her back to me and says "she's hungry". I think some men know that ultimately the responsibility lies with us, and they take advantage of it. Sorry to rant, but my hubby went to be an hour ago and he is supposed to help me with her at weekends so I'm p'ed off!
I totally understand!
I 'booked' a sleep in last night with my hubby, as jasper usually wakes at 5am for a chat and play and every morning i get up and take baby out of the bedroom so my hubby can get a few extra hours sleep before work.
This morning baby woke at 5, after i fed and changed him by 5:30 i woke hubby and handed him over. At 6:30 hubby comes in, wakes me because 'baby is hungry'... he hands me Jasper and gets back into bed and falls asleep and then sleeps til midday!!!! THANKS!!!
