Ok!
So fob refused supervised access in dec so he has not seen our daughter because he refused and still refuses.

Well since this he has made my life hell, he has rung police saying I leave our daughter with ppl not capable of looking after her and now just received a letter from social services about ? I do t know got to ring em... It's Definetly him that's contacted em but he is killing me doing all this!!!
What can I do about it?
Btw she is well looked after and we have no need for social services.

from the sounds of it the fob is just hung up on playing games. if he wasnt happy with supervised access he can take proper steps thro the court etc to get unsupervised if thats what he really wants. social services have a duty to follow up a allegation even tho its obvious to you hes just being malicious. i think the best thing to do would be to get in touch with social services and explain to them the reasons for him contacting them.. i.e bcos u offered supervised access etc. then i would invite them to come see your daughter and see that she is very happy and well cared for ... its not ideal and you should not have to waste your time defending silly accusations , but if he were to ever take it to court and he expressed his concerns about his daughter that he tried to contact social services and u made things difficult for them to investigate his allegations a judge mite not look very favourbly on you .. once ure proved ure daughters safe and happy uve also demonstrated what a malicious fob he is hope this helps

I think you have to bite the bullet and phone them to sort it out. I don't understand why some men feel the need to be so pathetically stupid but it will not look good on him in the long run. I am surprised that he hasn't been cautioned for wasting police time but if it gets taken to court he will be shot down for it.
He is playing a silly game as in "do what I want or else I will make it hard for you" ... it's bullying and one thing bullies don't like is when you fight back. Keep strong

Yeh we are awaiting court and I've rung them already as I'm a nurse and phone all the time hen at work. Just got to ring bk Monday!! Just wish e would stop it all now!!
