Why dont i get.....

...the letdown feeling any more? I used to get it quite bad (sort if painful muscles going very very tight. And now its just stopped over the last few days any suggestions?

Because your boobs are fully functioning!! They wont fill and let down the same now - you will produce literally on demand Congrats!!

I still get very full on a morning really badly engorged but only on the right side and has been like this for at least 5 weeks now and he has slept through the night from 7:30-8:00pm until 7:30ish now 9:00 ish and i hurt from around 7ish as they are so full

When I got like that I would get up at 6 am and pump both sides so I had a stash of EBM and they had plenty of time till she woke at 9am. After about 6 months you often find you cant pump as much so I cant do that anymore And even if I wanted to she wake at 7am now and I aint getting up at 5am for noooo one!!

Oh and after I pumped at 6am for 30 mins I hopped back in me pit!

Thanks i will have to find my pump (i am busy moving house what a nightmare ) then hope fully i can stop giving him 9oz of formula on a night

It's the ideal time then ( apart from the move )

You should find you'll be able to replace that 9oz withh BM from time to time. That's exactly what I was doing. Pumping both sides and getting 9/10 oz and using that at night for my break before she started going to bed after that post bath feed.
