I know it will be 2 months advanced on him at Christmas, but that gives him a toy to look forward to. Seriously, these ball toys are loved by the kids and keep them entertained.

you might check it out, i don't know if toys r us in Canada is doing it or not but I've been seeing all sorts of commercials for this friday afternoon and early tomorrow morning, where toys and stuff is supposed to be half price....might be worth looking into

I see people trying to buy according to the baby's age at Christmas, but it's good to buy a month or two ahead of time too.
