Ladies
I am really fed up of posting all my history again and again.
So now just posting a simple question that i felt.

Its my 4th month TTC ... whenever i actively try and have sex, my periods get disturbed.

First cycle was just warming up .. we just had unprotected sex for 1 time that month.
2nd cycle, I got my periods 11 days late (but i think that was bcoz I was doing so much exercise the whole month and lost 4 KG's)

3rd cycle(last month) i got very light and short periods for 2 days ...

This (4th) cycle i am again almost 3 days late now .........

Does being new to Un Protected sex make our periods late or disturbed?

Is this my self made myth or it could be a fact?

EDIT: I never used any BCP ... we used condom :|

It shouldn't affect your periods. Are you just coming off bcp or anything that could be making your cycles irregular??

Thanks for replying dear, but i have never been on any kind of pill . :nope:
We used condom for protection
Last cycle was very unusual , had light n short periods. Watery not pure reddish.
This time I had brown spotting on 6 and 7 DPO. and now periods are late.

Just a suggestion, but have you done a HPT to see if you're pregnant?

If you're not pregnant, it could just be your nerves...big weight loss and the pressure of TTC might cause things to go sideways, but unprotected vs protected sex should not make a difference to your cycles, as far as I understand...

Hope this helps...good luck!

your weightloss probably has alot to do with the changes in your periods. maybe visit your gyn and have them run a "pre" ttc screening and check your hormone levels just to ease your mind?
