wild yam anyone?

anyone using wild yam suppliments during TTC?? i was going to start taking it when i was pregnant because pcos cause low progestrone but pregnancy was ended by suspected ectopic dignosis and given methotrexate...

would love to hear if anyone else is taking this

Hi all-I started it this cycle for first time. I used it cd1-ov. I've been scared to try before now because it has also been known to be BIRTH CONTROL (yikes!) if taken at a different time in the month, but after 20 cycles I'm desparate. And I really want twins. I tried it with Maca (been using 6+ months) and my second cycle of soy isoflavones. I'm early in 2ww so no idea yet, although it did seem like I had a longer stretch of ewcm this cycle (and more of it) not sure if that's related.

aww sorry to hear hun i am unsure when it cycle its a good idea to take, i am apprently ovulating atm, but only on day 13 so not sure but did take 100mg of clomid this month so that might be why.

its just for one month we already done 6months of it, but will be over a month before we see her so were offered to try and see, before we start our next course of action
