Will AF affect my supply?

I am EBF but DD has been sttn for a few weeks now. AF returned yesterday full force. I was really hoping I'd get away without it for longer

Will the fact that my cycles have returned affect my milk supply?

your supply may dip a little around the time of AF but it will go back up within a few days.

I was worried it'd drop too much. DD has been cluster feeding the past couple of days but I'd put that down to her reaching her 4 month growth spurt now she's 16wks but maybe it was just my hormones then.

Usually drops the day before and first day of cycle leading to lots of cluster feeding till it picks back up again x
