My dh has azoospermia with a zero count at his last check. Was reading things such as walnuts, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds along with other things will help boost a sperm count and was wondering if it's worth him doing alongside certain supplements? Thanks

It depends on whats keeping his testicles from producing sperm, he should have a male hormone panel test done , if his testosterone is too low then there are fertility drugs he can take to raise it. it does not hurt to try natural supplements in the mean time.

As far as I know nothing natural helps azoospermia, but you can sure try. I'm so sorry lady.
