No, i dont think he would, unless there are big issues with the mother you have not mentioned generally they would not take the baby away from the mother. He might get joint custody or something like that though

I dont think he would win full custody but I am sure he will have rights to his child, Maybe just visitation rights but I wouldnt think it would be full custody. xx

he wont get full custody unless she is doing something wrong. they dont like taking baby from mother unless they have to.
chances are he wont even get joint custody, well i knw here they dont like doing joint custody like one week here one week there untill the child is at least 2 or 3 years unless its necessary. as the father he will have rights but most likly only visitation
