will i be entitled to a refund?

My mum bought me this ipod speaker system thing from Comet today (8th Nov) and bought it home only to realise I don't even have an iPod. It's not even compatible with my iphone.

There's a little piece of paper attached to my receipt saying purchases made prior to the administration (2nd Nov) are not entitled to a refund - does that mean purchases made after are?

It's a bit stupid if I'm not entitled as I can't even use the damn thing. Don't really want to resort to ebay.

Anyone know?

was going to say they do work together, it just says on the box they dont as specific iphone ones are more expensive!! cheeky buggers!!!
