will I ever get over him :(

I find it so hard whenever my ex comes to pick our lo up to have him for the day, I get all shaky and nervous knowing im going to see him and just cant relax, its difficult seeing him like hes moved on and doesnt have any feelings for me anymore I want to move on to but no matter what hes done wrong I cant just stop loving him, will it get easier seeing him?

It will take time hun but you will be okay. Trouble is, if you love someone, in most cases it doesnt matter what they do, it doesnt take the love or the hurt or pain away, well, at least not overnight anyway. Just accept that this is how you feel about him, that there is nothing wrong with feeling like this and the situation is out of your control. Eventually the habit of seeing him and feeling that way will fade and one day, when you are ready you will move on. Its not easy, but you will be okay, it just takes a bit of time to get there.
