Winded - has the baby moved?

It feels like ive been punched in the stomach and ive been winded, do you think this means the baby has moved head first, he has always been in the 'hammock' position. I hope he's moved as that might mean the placenta has moved also. Also getting palpatations!

Well went to see mw on friday and she said baby is 3/5 palpatable and in a breech position, ofcourse I crapped myself about this but since last night I was sitting on sofa and could literally feel a lot of movement, I felt an arm slide right across my belly and everytime I poked my belly he was moving everywhere!!!! Then I went to bed and literally was so uncomfortable felt winded and full off gas to the point I felt nauseated and couldn't get comfy to sleep, then tmi, sorry, couldn't stop going to loo for number 2 all night, then this morning still feeling a bit winded and bad indigestion, making me feel real fed up and uncomfy!
I am hoping he has moved position!

sounds like it doesnt it! getting regular tightnings again (had them last night) but not strong just bh. hope someone can enlighten us!

Oh yeh and I also been having palpatations too since yesterday, sometimes it feels like caused by indigestion like hes pushing on something making me feel bit breathless.
