i have upgraded my router so no longer need this one i paid £50 for it from virgin media at christmas (i know i got scammed ) it is in full working order and has the power pack you plug into the wall

they shouldn't have charged you at all for it unless you purposly broke the other one send it back and ask for your money they only take money off of me when i keep the items after changing house etc sad you got ripped off even pc world isn't that dear

we got ours free aswell, or it might have been including
in the set up fee, no idea but i certainly wouldn't have paid £50 for it

i'd phone virgin and ask for your money back
and then return it ​

thanks it was my stupid OH who agreed to pay £50 for it (imagine my face when that months bill came in )
i will call virgin in the morning since they sent us the new one this is like new they could buy it back off us hopefully
