I have been reading so many good things about wobenzym n and I am considering taking it. I don't think i have any of the problems that wobenzym n helps with except for maybe minor endometriosis( even this I am not sure about). My question is have any of you used it and if so did it work? Also even if I don't have blocked Fallopian tubes or endometriosis would it still benefit me to take it?
I know I have ovarian cysts would it help with that?

Early on when I was trying acupuncture and going to a naturopath doctor I was told that I have really bad inflammation to certain foods (they tested me for 300 different foods and eggs, gluten and nightshade veggies were bad inflammation foods). Inflammation hinders your ability to get pregnant by creating an immune response. This product has enzymes that latch onto the proteins that potentially cause you inflammation after you eat.
Using this product may be a waste of money if: you're eating loads of sugary or high carb foods consistently. These foods cause such an inflammation response (white breads, pastas, junk food, alcohol, soda, caffeinated teas & coffees etc) that no amount of Wobenzym n would reverse the effects of the sugar (pasta & breads bread down to sugars). My naturopath doctor said that I'd be better off cleaning up my diet first. Once you've cleaned up your diet there will still be things you eat that may trigger an inflammatory response ie sauces, eating out occasionally etc. Then this product will be useful. PCOS for example is primarily caused by insulin resistance and when pcos people get off the carby foods and eat more veg & clean protein they'll often start ovulating again and get their cycles regular. There was a diabetes study that found irregular nodules on people with high sugar diets = diet has direct links to egg quality. I have bad arthritis so the inflammation attacks my joints (we all get effected in different ways). I've always thought I might have reproductive autoimmune problems but the testing in thousands of $$ so I've adjusted my diet to handle inflammation. I did see stronger ovulation once I got rid of the garbage I was eating and then I got a bfp in Sept (saw the naturopath and did the diet change in aug 2012). Sorry for the long story but there's more to it than just taking a supplement.

Thank you so much! I would not have found that information myself. I don't think I will try it since it sounds like it could do more harm than good, especially since i dont think i have any of the conditions that it seems to help with.
