Wording on a menu - help!

Rejigging BIL takeaway menu and don't know how to word the opening times
He's open 6 days a week, closed tuesdays. 5-12am weekdays, 5-1am weekends.

I'm thinking

Open 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays)
5-midnight weekdays
5-late weekends

what do you think? any other ideas welcome! x

Mon-Fri 5pm - midnight
Sat & Sun 5pm - 1am
Closed Tuesdays
