My baby is due in less than 3 weeks and I have decided to gve breastfeeding a good go! (My dd was FF from day 1).

My boobs worry me though! At the moment, I am a 36H but my boobs are really very squishy and arent exactly 'pert'! Im terrified that this is going to make it harder to BF.
I guess Im looking for some reassurance that it is totally possible to be successful no matter what size... andthat it shouldnt stop me from having a good go at feeding my baby.

The fact that my sister and my mum keep commenting on the size of my boobs doesnt help (although my mum is totally supportive in me trying BF) and everytime someone mentions my boobs I get all self conscious.

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks :flower:

I'm a 40j with flattish nipples and have had no problems :) it's all about good positioning xx

Not exactly sure what size I am (because bra shopping is impossible)...now I'm probably a 40G. We also had flat-ish nipples as well and we breastfeed! Now we did have trouble getting going with a good latch in the beginning, but that wasn't due to the big boobs, it was due to my baby's tongue-tie and my flat-ish nipples. Honestly, the big boobs cause me more frustration in the finding a bra area than in the breastfeeding area!

I was just going to post about this for tips! I'm a 40 E just now with flats but also have the added complication that Skylar is only 3lb

I'm a 38H with 1 flat nipple and I would agree with everything that's already been said. Once we found a comfortable position, the size was irrelevant.
