Worst AF EVER!

I just wanted to know if anyone else has had a REALLY bad AF after a long cycle. My cycle is generally around 28 days. But it was 36 this time and NOTHING is helping took Ibuprofen today and not even knocking the edge off these cramps! Anyway just wondering if maybe it's due to the long cycle. I hope it's not going to be like this from now on!! Ew.

last month mine was 37 days long and it was the heaviest AF i've had in a really long time (most likely bc i came off bc in march), the cramps were definitely uncomfortable and i was SO bloated!

this is my second AF since i lost charlie 10 weeks ago and its very heavy, they never used to be heavy xxx

Gosh I just hate it. I'd rather go thru labor then deal with this crap. lol
