Worst mum ever

So last night I put Jaxon in the bath tub , he's 4 months and just moved to the big bath so I only put a couple of cm of water so he can lay flat and splash , my older son let the dogs in and couldn't get them back out so I chased them to the back door, leaving Jaxon unattended before realising what I had done and running back in. Thank god he was fine laying there playing but omg how could I be so stupid and irresponsible, I'm so angry at myself . It could of so easily ended badly as he is just starting to roll over . Was the scariest 30 seconds of my life .

Oh big hugs you are not a terrible mother! Just the fact that you are upset at what *could have been* shows that you are a great, loving mother.
You are just a BUSY mum, 4 boys + dogs? I would be a mess, locking myself in the bathroom for like 50% of my day, I can assure you

Thanks ladies , I needed those comments hubby wasn't great in helping and thought it was funny to keep making comments to Jaxon like "don't worry mate I'd never leave you in the bath alone" wasn't nice when I already felt terrible . Xx

Oh what an awful fright you must of got. The fright and the flash backs are the worst. I left DS fall off the bed at 6months It was f**king horrific and I was hysterical. You poor thing.
