Wouldn't eat anything until...

So Violet was not interested in food today. She would toss it behind her, cry in the high chair, drop it on the floor, and MAYBE take a bite if I really tried to get her to eat it. She even spit some food out today. Then when I was eating a buttered roll in front of her, she became very interested. I offered her some butter with a tiny bit of bread stuck to it. She ate it and wanted more! So I got out a stick of unsalted butter and started giving her slices. She happily ate about a half table spoon of it! The last time she went through a bout of pickiness, she would mostly only eat raspberries and tomatoes. What sort of picky phases has your baby gone through?

No pickiness here so far! If she doesn't like something, she'll scrunch up her face, but will continue to open her mouth!

LOL! Imagine if you gave her the whole stick! That probably would have made her day.
