wysoy or cow and gate infasoy?

Leyla is 8 weeks now shes on baby gaviscon, she is consitpated, sicky, colicky although she does bring her wind up, shes crys any time of the day in pain, i only get half an ounce down her and she screams and it takes an hour for me to get 3 oz down her. she also has the eczema style rash although the dr never said anything about it.
she went for her 6-9wk check today and the dr has prescribed colief to try and said if that doesnt work switch her milk to SMA wysoy or cow and gate soya. shes on aptamil at the mo.
ive heard several bad things about these milks, causes infertility, bad teeth so i dont know what to do for the best.
all i want is my happy baby back

I am wondering exactly the same.
My LO had a rash with cow and gate but was OK on SMA but terrible reflux symptoms. GP wants her to go on WYSOY and gave me a prescription. I still am not convinced it is a milk issue, more just reflux so I made them give me a prescription from Gaviscon.
I have read bad things about both and OH doesn't want her having the meds, he would rather treat the cause than mask the issue. I can see his point.
I am so confused what to do, this Wysoy doesn't sound too good.....x
