XXX AKA sky music channel!

Sooo..........

Im innocently flicking through the music channels on sky at around 11:30pm only to be presentated with X-rated music videos containing full frontal nudity, simulated sex etc.
Im no prude but does any one else find this totally disgusting?If I wanted to watch porn I would be looking at the adult channels not seeing if there was any decent songs on!

Doesnt help that Im 38 weeks pregnant feel like a unattractive lump and Im suddenly confronted with skinny airbrushed bitches rubbing there tits together, not my idea of a good time!

who would have there child up at that time... thats adults time no kids should be up at that time..

I locked the channel right after I saw that, my 6YO DD loves the music channels and knows how to work the sky remote she could easily go downstairs and come across this!

Which just goes to show what the world is coming to when we find near pornographic content "normal" no wonder so many young girls these days find theirselves repulsive when they are surrounded by the medias idea "perfection".
Young girls these days are surrounded by images of size 6 women with impossible large and pert breasts, washboard stomachs etc they compare themselves to this and feel inadequate!

Its not about finding near pornagraphic things normal... Its after the watershed, no child should even be up at 11:30 and if they are the parents should be responsible not to let them flick through the channels because at 11:30 alot of channels have adult content on..
Im only 21 and i can honestly say i couldnt give a shit that i dnt have perfect boobs or thin, it has nothing to do with the way teenagers think. I think blaming TV is just stupid.
Like i said it aint about finding it normal but knowing whats on TV and accepting it... it doesnt bother me because im mature enough to think o right ok and switch over. If you dont like it the solution is easy you just turn over to a more appropriate channel that you do like.

I agree that no child should be up at this hour with control of the remote but what about if you are asleep and they sneak downstairs to watch a bit of telly?I know that some videos are "just like that" and that lots of channels have adult content after 10pm but I just think that stuff like that should be in the appropriate section (adult) so that people know it has adult content and can make the decision about whether they want to see that kind of "stuff" rather than being suddenly confronted with it unexpectedly IYKWIW

I've pretty much decided that my kids wont' be watching ANY music TV until they are teenagers and even then it will be VERY limited.

The thing I found FAR more disturbing, was when we temporarily changed to Virgin TV and the porn channels sat right between the... I don't know if it as between the movie and sports channels but somewhere that would cause you to stumble on them when flicking across.

I know porn channels don't show porn unless you subscribe but there's still a scantily clad chick in some ridiculous pose which would not be suitable for kids OR for my mum if she comes to visit!!! I'm glad we switched back to sky even though it was for a completely different reason!

The fact porn bodies are normal worries me a lot but there's not much we can do about that.

i understand. everyone has something they hate but as u have a young daughter i do think that u shud try not to let woman on tv effect u as ur daughter will pick up on this n end up feelin the same.

uve got ur daughter and another on the way so ur obviously not that repulsive and the things we think are "wrong" with us men tend not to even notice so all that air brushin is a waste of time anyways.

and also most men i no hate skinny women and love curves.

when i first met my oh i was skinny with big boobs and even tho my oh loved the boobs he asked me to gain weight as he said i looked better for it. i was really shocked as i loved my body but what i thought was perfect really wasnt
