now im worried we have done too much????

i dont want to miss today cos im due to ov or tomorrow but i know you are supposed to do it every other day???

we've been trying to do it every other day, just because we tried everyday around ov the last few months with no luck! I think if ur OH has a low sperm count its not good to do it every day but who can tell these things unless u've had tests!
If u get your pos opk then bd away I say, better safe than sorry!

i think youve done it perfectly hun!

if your other half has a good turn around with his swimmers then you should be fine as its 24-48 hours for them to build back up numbers and get nice and strong.

YAY! Good to hear hun! I Ov'd overnight, so I'm right there with you and soooooo excited!! (this is the first month I've had EWCM since coming off the pill! YAY to the mucus!) And we're doing it the same as you - as much as possible!! Like the girls said, if OH has good swimmers, you're set! YAY! x

What you've pretty much done is the SMEP plan and loads of women rate that one. I would worry too much either way because it's not an exact science and it's different for each couple.

That was quite interesting. I've never heard that daily ejaculating was giving us a better chance - I was just hoping and being greedy!!
I followed the SMEP last month and guess loosely this month too and have heard lots of girls find this successful, so fingers crossed!

When I first noticed EWCM I was over the moon - who would have thought something like that would be so exciting!

We are gonna try and BD every other day this month starting TONIGHT baby yay! But if we can't for some reason, or we do it sometimes every day, I won't mind. These things can't be planned with military precision (even though I would like that lol)

Sometimes, we all get a bit tired and all we need/want are cuddles
