As the title says its a big achievement for us these days he probably wont get another full feed for a few days mind as it takes me that long to get enough out! But it is a start he loved it too! And hasnt sicked any up yet thank god haha I may cry if he does and it gets wasted!

Thanks ladies evn better is my supply is going up! He has had 8oz breastmilk today I managed to express that much over two and a half days yesterday I expressed a full 4oz exactly and today I have expresses the same and still have 2 more pumping sessions to go!

He also just latched on to both boobs tonight! It was in the football hold but lying down (me lying over him sideways propped up on my elbow) he wasnt on for long though as he had just had a massive bedtime feed already so was full! So annoyed I ddnt try before he got his bottle! Suppose now though it means I will get a better idea how much my supply ia today once I express...

Im just so happy right now!

Congratulations - I know what it is like to have milestones and how it feels when you achieve them. BF is so much harder than I ever thought it would be but so worth it to know u are giving them what they need. I still have so far to go until I manage to achieve my next mile stone which is managing to give my boy a whole feed without having to top up with formula but I know it will be worth the effort when I get there xx
