Yellow seedy poop after feeding causing very sore baby bum

This week his bum inside has little sores...we are keeping tons of destin on it..

Any suggestions! We use cloth wipes with disposable diapers.

My cloth wipe is water, tea tree oil and little twig extra senitive baby wash

Do you give baby some nappy free time? That might help settle things a little

Our baby had this and we solved it after about a week with metanium after every nappy change we have now moved to zinc and castor oil cream to ensure it doesn't return xx

Desitine worked great for me but I also let her lay without a diaper on for a few minutes after changes...that's how my Family had always solved the sores.

Are you in the uk? I bought it from asda but they have it at most chemists and supermarkets its very very good. It's in a yellow tube the castor and zinc is from boots xx

Yellow seedy poop sounds normal. Are you using cloth diapers too? I would guess it might be your detergent or the way you are cleaning them. If you ask in Natural Parenting I'm sure you will get some advice on that if it is in fact the culprit.
