Yet Another Ebay Q?

Ladies, does anyone know how I can change the postage options when selling something? Right now the 3 options I have are:

Free collection in person only
Flat rate same cost to all buyers
Courier service

I don't want any of these 3, I just want to use Royal Mail to send it recorded delivery but don't have any option anywhere on the page to change it? Grrr, selling stuff on ebay is more stressful than my actual work

There is a drop down list with options.

RD is on there.

Cheers! For some reason it wasn't there but I changed a 'fixed price' setting and it reappeared
