Yet another tampon question!

Im sorry i seem to be spamming the forum with stupid questions but this one generally has me in such lost thought

I had my baby a month ago via c-section, i stopped bleeding at about 4 week PP and i absolutely hated wearing pads even though i had to, i felt so dirty!

I really cant wait to get back to wearing tampons again, so my question is do i have to wait for the second period or the first period before starting to use them again?

Ive heard such mixed things about using them?..When did everyone else begin to use them again?

I had a vaginal delivery and started using tampons at 4 weeks pp (my first period).
