This really made me giggle...
Little one has randomly discovered the movie The Aristocats and has watched it a few times now, I've not properly sat down and watched it but obviously caught a fair bit. Today I managed to watch one scene and my goodness it made me giggle, I used to watch this when I was young so the fact that this scene went right over my head also amused me. Uncle Waldo (the geese Amelia and Abigail's uncle) is soooo drunk! They keep saying he is to be "marinated" in wine, but the way he acts is just so typically drunk... saying things like "shhhh... You can't tell me to shhh.. YOU'LL WAKE THE WHOLE NEIGHBOURHOOD!!" And then goes.. "Woooppeeee"!!
You couldn't get away with having such an obviously drunk character in a children's show/movie these days! It goes straight over their heads though!
