You, OH & Baby Names?

I was wondering when pg and naming your children, did you and OH agree?

Me and my OH have VERY different ideas of what our children will be named, so I was wondering how it was solved / how you came to an agreement?

We did disagree on most names, so I would go through a baby name book and read out which ever one I liked, and he would usually say no but if he did say yea thats okay I would write it down and try and get a list that way.

Pretty much what we did. Although this time im quite set on a couple of names but he's not agreeing at all , and all names that he's suggested I really dislike!! I cant see us reaching a solution anytime soon, especially with MIL sticking her nose in .

He had no choice over Noah and then with Máilie I said I'd choose girls name and he could choose boys lol I had a feeling she was a girl which is why I did it that way lol he chose Aiden for a boy which is lovely so I was happy either way

I make lists and my husband goes through them periodically and crosses off most. We pick from those 2-3 that are "left." This time we are having a harder time (see my other posts) as my husband is stuck on one name.
