You think I'm out? 9dpo and lactating???

Af due the 25th really feeling symptoms but one odd symptom is I'm lactating?? Bfn on FRER tonight. Cp is high and soft and cm is lotion like and sticky. Have been overly exhausted for days, normal pms/pmdd migraine hasn't shown and always does. Do I hold on hope till af shows?

Doctor ordered my thyroid and prolactin levels to be checked. I have to fast, af due Friday so I'm going to do it Friday and if af hasn't shown have him add a pregnancy test to the mix. I'm suddenly beyond exhausted and wanted to eat but now regret it with awful heartburn. I suddenly got so hot at the same time and temp jumped from my normal 97.2 to 98.1. This is the exact same experience I had with Hannah. I was exhausted, winded and hot and got my bfp. My cervix is totally different than ever before now. High like puckered lips with a closed slit. Never felt that before!
