your opinions and advice

hiya girls im a personal trainer and highly active, althought havent got the qualification to train or give advice to pregnant women. my oh is a bodybuilder and i train exactly like him. i.e heavy weight resistance and alot of the exercises use you ab and core muscles as stabilisers. in my 2ww do u think its safe to continue doin this because i would stop as soon as i got bfp. or should i use lighter weights just to be on the safe side???
 
Can't help you but would like to find out the answer myself babymammy as I'm a gym/spin class/body con with weights/circuit kind of girl!:happydance:

Went gym today & did a circuit class which we ended with ab work with weights, my tummy & bottom (from squats) are killing me!:wacko:

awww there a killer..lol. as for spinning i love it, andlove teaching it,lol
