1 dpo and intense cramping?!?

I am 1 dpo and having some horrible cramps. They are really low in my pelvis and my back. Eh, I hope this passes soon as its also making me a bit nauseous from the pain.

Anyone else experience this?

Last cycle I had some cramping a few days after ovulation. I was hoping it meant something, but nope. I think sometimes it just happens. Maybe you are just now ovulating? When I ovulate I can really feel it.

Thanks... I've been reading more and it seems it's fairly common and can be o or the fluid from o irritating my uterus.
