1 sore breast

I am in the TWW. I believe I am 10dpo. I had cramping off and on from 7dpo to 9dpo. This morning I woke up with my right breast feeling like it should be completely bruised when I looked at it. My left is fine. They look normal.

As the day has gone on the pain has lessen but this morning I couldn't even brush it with my arm.

Any thoughts? Never had this before. Tested last night with pregnancy and opk. Both BFN.
