1 week before af symptoms... Any advice?

Hi Ladies! I am due for AF in about 3-6 days and 2 days ago i had light bleeding and from then till now i've been having alot of AF-like cramps. I have sore breasts as well. I also just started taking prenatal vitamins. This will be our 5th Cycle my husband and I are TTC. What do you think??

I haven't been bleeding, but I have been feeling af cramps since a couple of days ago and i'm 6dpo now.
