10 dpo and wondering....

Hi

I am 10 dpo and have encountered these symptoms:
1) On & off cramping on right side where uterus is
2) Around sides of boobs are achy
3) After eating last night I became very nauseous and ended
up in front of toilet lol...

I might also add I've been on endovan to fight endometriosis
and ovarian cysts.
Could these symptoms be a possible BFP on the way?
