10 dpo, sharp shooting pains or spasms in vag

Last night I started getting this sharp vag pains that kinda shoot through the uterus. Like spasms happening inside there...

Not painful per say but definitely noticeable, they only last a few seconds amd a few spasms then go a way for a bit...still feeling them off and on today too

Mine wernt exactly spasms but more of a pinching feeling, and I guessed that this was my mucus plug forming xx good luck xx
