10dpo I’m scared to test..

Me & my husband have been trying to conceive this last month and i timed my ovulation and last period to the T with the Flo app! According to my calendar i am 10dpo and i heard You can truly test at 10 days and possibly get an accurate result.. i been having sensitivity in my nipples, constipation and today there were some light brownish spot stains in my underwear. Mild cramps every once in a while but nothing severe. Also today i woke up feeling really nauseous & car sick. What do y’all think? Are my chances good?
