10dpo (ish) implantation bleed?

This month I have a feeling..
today I have an awful headache, I’ve been incredibly nauseous and vomited a couple of times the past few days. upon wiping this morning I saw this ..
is this what ib looks like?
im aware I probably wouldn’t get symptoms before Implantation but I definitely haven’t been feeling right.

Hi unfortunately I suffered a chemical this month but I got my bfp in December and I’m currently 17weeks
