10DPO + twinges?

I have twinges and faint cramps all over my pubic area, not my normal pms symptoms, or none that i noticed previously, normally get cramps on left or right but never in the centre started yesterday 9dpo on and off and again today. is this normal did a test 8dpo and was negative.

Not sure if it is normal or not. I hear if it is different from your normal signs then it may be a good sign. I am 10dpo today, want to wait together?
