Hi spiritbear
I'm 35 (turning 36 in May) while DH is 37 and TTCing #1. We're currently at the end of our 17th cycle, soon going on to our 18th

My CD3 hormones came back normal for my age, my US showed nothing abnormal with a good endometrium thickness and confirmed I O as well, my HSG showed both tubes are wide open, DH has normal SA although it's on the lower end so nothing really wrong with any of us. We try to BD every 1½-2 days starting right after AF stops until I'm 100% sure I've Oed and I've been using Preseed/Conceive Plus the last 3-4 months to help as I was becoming unsure if my watery CM is abundant and good enough

None of us smoke. I drink maybe 2-3 glasses of wine in a month if that (mostly during AF) while DH has kept his drinking at an ok level. I drink little caffeine and DH has cut down his coffee intake months ago. I'm currently taking pregnancy vitamins (they don't sell prenatal ones in Denmark), Omega-3 with Q10 in them and extra Vit C and D (upped my dose to 500mg and 35 mg respectively based on our RE's recommendation). DH is just taking regular adult vitamins.
We had 1 CP back in April during our 7th cycle but nothing since

We'll see with this cycle but I doubt it

Next cycle we'll be starting IUI and our RE seems very optimistic about our chances (really nice lady by the way

) but I still have my doubts sometimes

I think when it starts taking much longer than expected, it's normal to have doubts if it'll ever happen. But it happened once for me so I'm trying to be positive and reason that it could happen again but sometimes it's hard

Especially when I see ladies my age or a bit older on this forum get their sticky BFPs in a much shorter time frame than 17 cycles

Luckily I have a positive, optimistic DH that helps to keep me going on those days I'm upset or doubtful of our chances of ever getting our baby
I just wish that BFP would show up as well
